Noble’s Career Exploration Group (CEG) is a community-based, small group experience that helps individuals discover their career interests & find a job that meets their needs & goals. Based at our Moving Forward Career Center, CEG offers a blend of learning about the world of employment & volunteer experiences. What a great way to explore career interests!
Our Career Exploration Model
A career is more than a job. It’s the means to live as independently as possible and feel like an important part of the team. A career should excite, energize, and connect individuals more deeply to the community:

Program runs Monday through Friday & lasts up to 18 months. -
Volunteer at various organizations to hone skills & explore a variety of fields. -
Use job shadowing at local businesses to discover potential careers. -
Small class size means individualized attention to each person’s career goals. -
Connect with Vocational Rehabilitation to gain skills needed for a career. -
Learn what local companies do & how to be part of their teams. -
Develop“soft” job skills through classroom learning. -
Use Virtual Reality to try out a number of career paths in our KATIE’S Lab.

Finding the Right Career Path
Funded by Medicaid Waiver, Career Exploration Group is offered at no additional cost for eligible individuals. Anyone may refer an individual to CEG; however, if they are not eligible for Medicaid Waiver, a fee is assessed for the service. Services are provided during our business hours of 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Contact us to learn more about CEG based at our downtown Career Center.
