This session will highlight how to frame a life shaped by your dreams and goals. The Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) framework was created to help individuals and families of all abilities and all ages develop a vision for a good life, think about what they need to know and do, identify how to find or develop supports, and discover what it takes to live the lives they want to live.

The framework is the keystone for supporting a community of learning that champions transformational change through knowledge exchange, capacity building and collaborative engagement.

This session’s presenters are Kendra Albersmeyer and Jessica Hightshoe. Kendra is the Assistant Director of Field Support at IPMG, where she has spent the past 13 years supporting individuals, families & professionals across Indiana’s disability service system. She oversees field support operations, training, onboarding & person-centered practices that help teams deliver high-quality services. Kendra is a certified Charting the LifeCourse Ambassador & is passionate about helping people define & pursue their vision of a good life.

Jessica serves as a Supervisor at Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG). Extensive experience in health & human services, with a strong background in case management operations, intake coordination, staff support, quality assurance, & regulatory compliance. Jessica is dedicated to helping individuals & families access the services & supports they need.

Generously funded by the Harriet P. Irsay Endowment Fund, Noble’s Center for Family Leadership connects families so we can support each another, trade strategies, share coping techniques & connect through common experiences.

Throughout the year, we offer free educational forums and events that help families meet the challenges of daily life so their children are empowered to achieve their dreams. Please plan to join us for this next one!
