An Important Part of Our Community
We believe work is an important piece of fulfillment and belonging. We spend much of our lives at work, thinking through challenges and working within a team to accomplish our goals. This social interaction is important for all, and can be a way to feel a sense of pride and belonging in one’s community.
Through our programs at Noble Works, we help individuals grow and learn life skills through different facets of employment. We tailor exploration, lessons, and jobs to each person’s skill set, providing levels of support when needed. We use these opportunities to learn about each person’s goals and give new ideas on how everyone can Dream It, Live It.
Our Programs and Goals
Our Career Exploration Group (CEG) is a small group experience based at our Moving Forward Career Center. CEG offers a blend of learning about the world of employment & volunteer experiences.
Our Moving Forward Career Center helps individuals prepare for future job skills, from interviewing for a position and working on a team to technical skill-building.
Our Community Employment service helps hundreds of individuals learn the skills they need to explore their career goals, land the right job, and join our community’s workforce.
N.E.W.S. enables meaningful employment on-site, at our company partners like Lilly and Corteva. N.E.W.S. helps participants develop vital skills while contributing to their local community.
